Single cartridge seal with metal bellows designed in compliance with standard API 682
4th edition. The gaskets of the seal are static and flexibility is guaranteed by the metal
bellows. This makes TR6S especially suitable with liquids which crystallize or solidify in
contact with the atmosphere and when the nature of the pumped liquid is not clear or
defined. Solution also available with special materials resistant to chemically aggressive
fluids.

Features
• Standard solution resulting from tested designs and made in compliance with
standard API 682 4th edition
• Rotary metal bellows and flange with floating bushing
• Dual direction of rotation
• Uniform distribution system of multipoint injection flushing
• The bellows solution in category 2, with O-rings as secondary gaskets, is especially
suitable for fluids which tend to crystallize in contact with the atmosphere where the
possibility of an external wash is not guaranteed.
• Connections for flushing, washing and/or drain of any leaks
• Possibility of sizing the shaft flange and sleeve according to customer request
• Recommended for API horizontal and vertical pumps
